Danesmore Diamonds 1 v 5 The Blues
A second win in two weeks was eventually deserved.  After a very slow start and conceding a goal from a free kick, The blues finally put some passes together with Tom Thompson grabbing his second goal of the season.  This was soon followed by Martin Peach grabbing his first.  After the break, Ther blues dominated and with further goals from Nathan Smith, Peach and Matt Yarnall the game was won.  Although not busy, keeper Liam Pattison still made a couple of brave saves to ensure the gap remained.

The Blues 3 v 2 Silverdale Rangers
This was the first Diamond Cup game for the Blues.  A great start saw Matt Yarnall grab a brace of goals to give the Blues a half time lead.  The lead was further extended in the second period when Thomas Thompson was fouled in the area and goalkeeper Liam Pattison calmly converted for his first ever goal.  The away side did manage to grab a couple of late goals but the Blues were able to close out the game for their first win of 2010.
